ChequeKo — Write. Align. Print.

ChequeKo is a free web application for writing and printing Philippine cheques, published by Haturiko Services Inc. You enter the cheque details in your browser, align the printable fields to your own bank-issued cheque leaf, and print onto that leaf with your own printer.

What ChequeKo does

• Formats the date as MM-DD-YYYY and the amount in figures and in words.
• Converts the amount to words automatically and checks the two agree.
• Positions each printed field in millimetres so ink lands where it should.
• Calibrates your printer with a measuring sheet, correcting its scaling.
• Keeps a cheque register of what you printed and what happened to it.
• Prints a batch of cheques, or generates a post-dated cheque series.

What ChequeKo never does

ChequeKo is a formatting and printing tool. It does not issue cheques, create blank cheques, reproduce bank security designs, read or print MICR or routing information, process payments, transfer money, or connect to online banking. It never asks for a bank username, password, PIN, or one-time password, and it never stores or prints a signature.

Signing in

ChequeKo can be used without an account. Signing in with Google is optional and exists only to keep your cheque register, templates, and printer settings across devices. ChequeKo requests your email address, name, and account identifier from Google, and nothing else — no contacts, no calendar, no files. It holds no password of its own.
