How guest prints are counted

Guests may print up to 10 cheque units before creating a free account. One cheque equals one print unit, so a five-cheque bulk job uses five units, and a reprint uses another one.

Previewing, saving a draft, running calibration, and printing test sheets never consume a unit. Cancelling before the print view opens does not consume one either.

When your allowance is finished, your work is not deleted. You can keep editing and previewing — only the print action is blocked until you create a free account, and your drafts, templates, printer profiles, and payees move across with you.
